I got a used item!
I ordered 3 different shoes from them, with an express delivery, since I should attend a wedding. Recived on time (hence 2 star!), but the shoe I wanted more and fitted, was in a very bad condition; i.e. used/second handed! The sole was dirty, and fabric was threaded. It was on sale (was £110 and now £85) and didn't even worth thinking about keeping it!! I sent an email and made an online chat, sent photos. They only offered 10% discount. Which is a complete waste of money! sent them back, waiting for refund.

Bought a beautiful blouse/top. In phase eight Truro Cornwall. What a beautiful design and fabric so special. The assistants were so helpful. These assistants made the experience of shopping a delight a big thank you to them. Hope to visit again.

Dreadful experience with PE
Dreadful experience with PE, ordered trousers for special delivery, due on Tuesday, nothing delivered, called Customer Service which was a shambles, still no trousers 2 days later. Asked to speak to manager told no one available, not acceptable.

I am very sad to be writing this as I have been a loyal Phase 8 customer for a number of years and hold an account with them.
However, I recently tried to order goods online, which is my usual and preferred method. The website consistently and repeatedly tells me my email address is not valid, even though it is the only one I have and I have used it for all previous online purchases. This is NOT a password problem. Even when I try to register as a guest I still get the same response to my email address.
I have tried the online web chat service and they were no help. I have had some email contact with Customer Services who tell me it is an IT problem and has been referred to them at least twice. It is now 3 weeks and there has been no resolution.
Come on Phase 8 - does the potential loss of a loyal customer not worry you?

Simply lovely lady in blue water store
Simply lovely lady in blue water store. She literally put my whole outfit together and ordered my fascinator online (as they didn’t have colour in shop)

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing for my first time shopping at Phase Eight. Customer service was fantastic and with the help from the shop assistant, I came away with a dress, shoes, bag and fascinator which I felt amazing in.
Will definitely be calling back! ?

The staff in the Southampton store were excellent. They went above and beyond to find me the dress I wanted in my size from another store. It was set it aside so I could collect it at a convenient time. I am delighted!

Buckingham Palace Garden Party outfit: just the place to find a suitable outfit
Needed occasion wear for a Buckingham Palace garden party in May.
Shopping for something suitable to wear outdoors in the presence of royalty, in all weathers for a once in a lifetime occasion became very stressful.
Luckily I discovered the Phase Eight jumpsuits at a local department store. Unfortunately they were slightly too short (I'm 178cm tall) and we didn't have much time left to buy our clothing. The fabric and cut felt perfect though - the way decent tailoring should so I took the plunge and ordered a selection of half a dozen jumpsuits in various sizes online.
The jumpsuits were delivered reliably and packed individually so I could try them on in daylight at home and repackage unwanted items for return.
One suit fitted perfectly. The navy colouring was rich and quality to combine with another piece of clothing and family heirloom jewellery. It also didn't overshadow my daughter who was the invitation holder. Stitching was perfect and the unusual neckline was also lovely for someone not keen on polo necks. My absolute love is the pockets though, a perk of the design that helped ease nerves and discomfort as we approached the security gates.
For me the five star deal maker is the ease of the return process via the Phase Eight store in Bracknell. The sales assistant was lovely, very careful to check that all five items were returned correctly and that I was refunded promptly.
As someone not keen on clothes shopping at all, I would definitely recommend Phase Eight for product quality and customer service reliability.

In store staff training required
I asked the cashier was there any online discount codes I could avail of if I signed up for your newsletter etc. She clearly stated that this was not the case. I got an online 10% code that evening. The dress will be returned to store. Very disappointing customer service.
